Menambahkan Repositori Untuk Debian Versi Lama (debian lenny)
Hari ini ceritanya mau ngoprek lagi mesin yang sudah lama jalan dan tidak di utak-atik, pas mau update source list nya (apt-get update) baru nyadar ternyata sistem ini sudah lama tidak tersentuh dan berjalan dengan sendirinya, sekian tahun melayani client-client nya tanpa di ajarin *halah*. Setelah cek ke repositori sumbernya (repo UGM) ternyata file repositori nya sudah kosong :(.
sudo apt-get update

Akhirnya mau tidak mau source list nya pun berubah dan di arahkan ke arsip debian, berikut adalah cara menambahkan repositori debian versi lama, pertama tambahkan baris berikut pada file source list yang terletak di file /etc/apt/sources.list
deb http://archive.debian.org/debian/ lenny main contrib non-free
setelah itu sebelum meng update alamat source list nya, jalankan perintah berikut untuk meng eksport gpg nya
sudo apt-get install debian-archive-keyring
Berikut adalah output ketika kita menjalankan perintah di atas
sudo apt-get install debian-archive-keyring

Setelah itu update source list nya dengan perintah berikut
sudo apt-get update

Selesai.., sampai disini kita bisa mengupdate paket-paket aplikasi terakhir yang di dukung oleh Debian sampai update terakhirnya, untuk mengupdate software nya gunakan perintah seperti biasa seperti berikut.
